The cocktail will be available only on Friday, Sept. 29 at Carousel Bar for $5 from open to close (noon to 2 a.m.).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Carousel Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carousel Bar offers an outdoor cocktail bar experience unlike any other.
