Plaza NYE Fireworks<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

LAS VEGAS<\/strong> \u2013 Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, the Plaza Hotel & Casino will again celebrate New Year\u2019s Eve<\/a> with a full evening of celebrations in classic Las Vegas style, complete with a delicious dinner at Oscar\u2019s, great entertainment, complimentary champagne toasts, and downtown\u2019s only live fireworks show at midnight on Saturday, Dec. 31 with a new aerial display<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the Plaza enhanced its fireworks show with a never-before-seen aerial presentation by Fantasy Drone Shows beginning with 150 drones illuminating the sky with a countdown to the fireworks at midnight. Then, staged by Pyrotek Special Effects from multiple locations on the towers\u2019 roofs, the Plaza\u2019s annual New Year\u2019s Eve fireworks display will be a spectacular show for people downtown and visible for miles. A dazzling drone display will complement the fireworks that light up the sky. (A portion of Main Street in front of the Plaza will be closed during the fireworks and drone show.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Plaza will offer an exclusive rooftop viewing party of the fireworks as part of its NYE 2023 Room Package. Open only to hotel guests, the all-ages party will take place at the Pool on the Plaza. The room package also includes a $50 food and beverage credit for use during the stay (3-night minimum) and complimentary early check-in and late check out (based on availability). Before the fireworks, Oscar\u2019s Steakhouse will offer a special three-course meal in addition to the regular steak and seafood menu. Restaurant diners will enjoy a complimentary champagne toast at midnight while watching the fireworks show from under the dining room\u2019s iconic glass dome. At 8 p.m. on Dec. 31 in the Plaza showroom, comedian Doug Stanhope, selected by Variety and the Hollywood Reporter as one of the \u201cTop Ten Comics to Watch,\u201d will continue his tradition of ending the year with a special New Year\u2019s Eve performance. The Sand Dollar NYE 2023 After-party Band<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Sand Dollar Downtown will give 2022 a proper send-off with live music and hand-crafted cocktails all night long. After the fireworks, the classic rock band, The Shmarties will headline the after-party.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a complimentary champagne toast on the casino floor when the clock strikes midnight, the Plaza\u2019s casino will offer a special New Year\u2019s Day 10X Multiplier for a maximum of 25,000 points until 2 a.m. on Jan. 1.
