Pickleball Waiver

1. The paddle rental fee is $15.00 per paddle for a miximum rental period of 2 hours.    
2. I accept full responsibilty for the care and condition of the rented paddle during the rental period.    
3. I understand that I am financially responsible for any loss, theft, misuse, or damage to the paddle while it is in my possession.    
4. I authorize the facility to charge me a $100 replacement/damage fee per paddle if the paddle is returned damaged, broken, lost or deemed unusable beyond normal wear and tear.    
5. I agree to return the paddle promptly after use and in the same condition it was received.    
6. I understand that misuse of equipment, including throwing the paddle, striking surfaces, or intentional abuse, may result in immediate termination of rental privileges.

I understand the participation in pickleball and use of related equipment involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and use of rented equipment.

I release and hold harmless the facility, its owners, employees, staff and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arsing from my participation or use of the rented paddle.
