Firefighter Challenge World Championship 2026

The TFT® Firefighter Challenge World Championship takes over the Plaza Hotel & Casino October 19-24, 2026. Career and volunteer firefighters from around the world go head to head on a course built from the real tasks of the job, an event ESPN has called the toughest two minutes in sports. Admission is free for spectators all week and no tickets are required, so guests can walk up and watch the action right here on property. Friday and Saturday bring the title finales, where the fastest athletes and teams compete for the title of World Champion. Attendees staying with us get discounted nightly rates with no daily resort fee and no daily parking fee, just steps from the course.
